I am reviewing the book, Motivate Yourself: Get the Life You Want, Find Purpose and Achieve Fulfilment, by Andro Donovan. Here are my thoughts:

^^ This book is mainly about discovering who you are, where you want to be in life and how you can achieve what you want to fully motivate yourself to live the life you deserve.

^^ It'
s loaded with practical advice where productivity is key, and living in the moment with purpose is also positively encouraged.

^^ It's written in a clear and concise manner with a 'do your own thinking' style.

^^ There are end of chapter 'Key Thinking Points' to do, and scattered throughout are 'Over to You' exercises, which encourage individuals to dig deep into their own core values for a more personalised approach to what makes them tick; the basis of the whole book -- finding out your strengths and weaknesses and using what you need and knowing what you don't.

^^ This is a book one from a range of self help books by Capstone, which are all a similar size and stand next to each other in an nice even matching line, which I like, in a bookish OCD kind of way!

Overall: Interesting read. I particularly enjoyed the last chapters,' Life Planning - Day-to-day', and 'Taking Care of Your Biggest Asset - You'. Whether you know what your 'thing'
is or not, this book will help you find and evolve it.… (más)
