Presented in modern documentary style, this video is perfect for engaged couples, as well as for use in Catholic parish and diocesan marriage preparation programs. In this video, NFP educators reveal one of the best secrets of the Catholic Church: an effective, simple, and natural approach to family planning. This is not the old-fashioned “rhythm method” of past generations! The scientific NFP of the today is almost 100 percent effective because it lets couples determine moment to moment when a woman is fertile or infertile, helping them to either achieve or post-pone pregnancy. Totally in harmony with nature, this approach removes any artificial barriers and makes possible a full, free, faithful, and fruitful union within the sacrament of marriage.
