I enjoyed this book as I felt it's quite informative to someone brand new to the medicinal and magical uses of oils and herbs. I wish it provided more "juicy" information for those of us who want to dive into the deep end of aromatherapy. Nonetheless, the book and information provided is well-organized.

Introduction describes how aromatherapy works, followed a sections on the nature, properties and preparation of essential oils and an A-Z guide to the most often used oils & how to use them. There are chapters on using essential oils for beauty, for bodily health and mental stimulation.
