This fun read takes the reader back to ancient Egypt where the paranormal truth of the twin rings begins. There are some real surprises unveiled there. The pages of history then flip forward to
1917 where the world renown Egyptologist Maude de la Fressange opens what seems to be an empty tomb. The tomb doesn't hold innumerable riches but it does hold two rings. Maude puts one on and seems to fall off of the history pages until Julian and Dinesh come upon Dieter Holstein. Holstein is the keeper of many secrets which he slowly reveals the further one reads into Origins. This installment in the Talisman Ring of Amenhotep trilogy. The well written story has something for everyone, history, an evil villianess, duplicity, sex, high society and uncovered secrets. There are many surprises for fans of book one and enough to keep the reader flipping pages until the end. The final book cannot get here soon enough as the final showdown between Julien and the Directrix shakes history and the world.… (más)
