Carrie, owner of a successful PR firm, is tired. The soon-to-be 30-year-old is fed up with men. She’s tired of their philandering and doggish ways. She’s seen it in her personal life, with the married man she’s fallen for, in her friends’ lives and clients. She’s turning 30 and has decided she deserves better. Carrie believes she has found it in her new assistant Courtney. Will Carrie open up her heart or hold onto her jaded view of men and love?
“Sex Isn’t Enough” by Alicia Dervin is a good read. There are grammatical errors but they aren’t so much that they distract the reader or take away from the story. The ending is a surprise and I’m hoping for a book two or a series of books. I truly believe a series is possible. I give “Sex Isn’t Enough” a four.
