Luke Hansen, a piano tuner from Minneapolis, heads down to Miami to recover the seal of his piano tuner's guild which has been taken, along with the guild's funds, by the Guild's secretary. Fish-out-of-water Luke joins forces with swimsuit model/zookeeper Esmeralda in a caper involving illegal ivory and Chinese pianos containing a lot more that strings and hammers.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book from start to finish. Luke is a sweet character who can rise to the occasion. Esmeralda is feisty, principled, and a woman with a strong sense of family. Do they get together? Do they get a happy ending? Do the bad guys get what's coming to them? Read this romp and find out.… (más)
