See, there's a reason I don't read the books on my nook. They MIGHT have good premises, but they're all executed poorly (Because when I first got my Nook, my mom went on it and bought up all the free books, which we all know are the crappiest)

Not really sure what to say about this book. It feels...incomplete. The story focus on a vampire family that fosters a young girl - who turns out to be the "life mate" of the oldest son. For some reason - when she is 16 - he finally realizes this and completely freaks out. He yells at her to stay away from him, he runs away and avoids her for 6 years. All of this is told to the reader, info dump style.

So the info dump ends and the H/h interact. There is no real apology, no nothing. It's straight to sex, life mating, blood transfer - the end.

I decided not to count this towards my yearly read count because it is so short.
