This book is exactly what the title says it is. Without this book, I would have never survived being promoted in the military. My peers, bosses, and workers would have eaten me alive if I hadn't picked up on the numerous lifesaving tips in this book. One part of the book that was particularly helpful was a section on how to deal with your bosses. It outlines different sorts of bosses, and how to "manage" them. Another little bit of gold was a description of different sorts of efficient leadership models, and finding the one that suits you. Great book for a new manager!… (más)
