This is a very plodding book with little action. I'm at page 176 out of 250 and P.I. Detective Andy Roark hasn't even come close to finding he missing person he's seeking. He drives his car, drinks his Loenbrau,, has some meals and does get a girl for a bit, but so far there's no point to this book. And it came highly recommended and I don't know wy.
