My friend from college played Christian in the movie (#nicestems) so, of course, I must read this one.

I love this movie. I think I would read the director's notes on this movie and find it fascinating. This is definitely not for the casual reader-you've got to love you some Clueless to want to read this.

For fans of pop culture and oral history books, and obviously fans of Clueless this is a nostalgia filled, fun loving recount of filming the cult classic Clueless. I am a huge fan of Clueless - it is always my go-to film to rewatch. Written for the 20th anniversary, Chaney offers lots of exciting behind the scenes information on how the film was put together with thoughtful insight from the cast and crew that made it happen.

Read this book if you want happy, positive remembrances from the creator, cast and crew. If you are looking for a gossipy book this is definitely not for you.

Culled from extensive interviews with Amy Heckerling, the cast, and crew of Clueless, Chaney has constructed an oral history that while not quite as enjoyable as watching the film itself is still an interesting read. Exploring all phases of making and releasing the film as well as its legacy, the book includes some interesting behind-the-scenes tidbits. While not quite as sparkling and interesting as I was hoping for, if you're a die-hard Clueless fan, picking up this book won't be a waste of time.
