Noel Chalman

Weak, confusing plot that is never resolved and lots of poor grammar. It used a lot of words and sentences that were to sound pretentious and important. Characters were underdeveloped.

Worst of all, the author talked down to the intended audience. Twelve-year-old kids don't want to be called children and certainly don't refer to themselves as that in their heads.

It had potential, but really could have used a few more drafts and a LOT more editing.
