This book describes the five senses in a way that a young child would understand. The descriptions and explanations are detailed to give an accurate depiction of what each sense does and the role it plays in our daily lives. Although a child may not understand all of the information, it is comprehensive enough that he could read it over and over and still learn something new. The pictures are detailed and try to give accurate representations. I have read this book with my daughter many times. It is a great way for children to learn about the functionality of the senses and how important they are for human survival.
