Another amazing book by T.L. and Kia. After reading Lethal Vows, I could not wait to read this book. Just like the other book, I devoured this one.

It was great to see how much Honey affected Dawson. He sure had his world shook upside down by her. Even their first physical encounter was a memorable one. One that had Dawson doing "something" to memorialize the moment.

I absolutely loved the chemistry between Honey and Dawson. It got hotter and hotter with each close encounter. Their first time together!

T.L. and Kia are slaying it together. I vow to keep reading their collaboration books as long as they keep writing them.

If you are looking for a book that live in your head rent free, you need to pick up this book by powerhouse duo, T.L. Smith and Kit Carrington-Russell! Kit is a new to me author but after reading this book, I am running to check out more books by her. I need more books by this duo.

One of my favorite aspects of this book were the messages that Crue would send Rya. They were full of what Rya's mom would call "Big d!@k energy."

When Crue gave Rya an anklet with the letter "C" and Rya asking why an anklet. Just for Crue to say, "So when your legs are around my head, you'll be reminded who you belong to."

The angsty vibes Rya and Crue were throw off had me all hot and bothered. I loved every spicy scene. There is no one else that belongs with Rya than Crue. Even Dawson, Dominic and Angel would agree. Which I hope in the future Dawson gets his own book. I need to see him again.

4.5 stars
As far as apocalypse stories go, this one took a new direction. I'm glad someone finally addressed the need for a vampire apocalypse! This is sort of a multi-genre festival of delights. With hints of forced societies, vamps, hunters, romance, apocalypse, government conspiracy, and thriller, this book should be at the top of a lot of TBRs!
Superb plot, and really lovable characters, it only lost a half a star for some glaring typos that made my nerd-brain twitch. The story was enjoyable enough that I could MOSTLY ignore them.… (más)
