This book is primarily a written guide about flying ultralight aircraft covering other general aspects of piloting. It goes in great depth about basic knowledge that all pilots need to know prior to flying any aircraft such as the general science behind flight, basic meteorology, etc. This book gives some really good information about those basic ideas with great pictures and charts but the section about learning to fly an ultralight needs lots of work, or should be re-written. The readability on this book was poor, the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level for the book was a low 10.63. Overall I would say this book would be good for people wanting to know the preflight basics about flying of those who want some general information about flying an aircraft, but not for some one who wants learn to fly from reading this book.… (más)
