I found this book enjoyable, as the other review has stated, there is no notation of where the authors information came from, but its a book about a pirate, Many pirates stories were made up of hearsay and stories told through travelers. Weither historically accurate or not i still found it to be a very enjoyable story that i have picked up and read more than once since i acquired it. i first read it when i was alot younger and it was the first story that really made the idea of women pirates real to me. I'm fond of the book and although it may not be appropriate for someone doing historical reasearch or a book report it still makes for an enjoyable read.… (más)
