This is a wonderful book about a bike and a boy and the struggles he faces and overcomes. I really enjoyed the vivid imagery and the emotional connection I felt with the main character as he deals with various difficulties that are out of his hands. It is a great story with a positive message. I highly recommend it to any youth.

In Darkness Left Undone, Carl Henegan, brings back the Character Mike from his first book. Mike is just trying to make ends meet, balancing work and his family life. He is soon swept off in another hair raising and breath taking action adventure. As a reader I am not left on the sidelines to watch the action, Carl's style of writing pulls the reader into the story. I felt as if I was actually there watching the story line unfold. As the hero, we cheer Mike's victories and morn his sorrows; and hope to see more of him in future novels.
