Overview of an experiment conducted in the Soviet Union in 1967-1968, looking at health affects of using regenerated water and oxygen as well as dried foods. They seem to have been remarkably successful, especially with water reclamation. Considering how badly Biosphere II did a decade later (especially in the area of mental health) and the fact that this is a report from a Soviet experiment, I'm a little skeptical, but there's some good technical information on water and oxygen reclamation if one needs verisimilitude in a science fiction story.… (más)
