Lonnice Brittenum Bonner

I picked up this book because I adored Bonner's two other books. They helped me to successfully stop chemcially processing my hair and embrace the fro love. This book tries to give the reader natural hair and skin care recipes, and more general guideliens to beauty care. While the book is a fun read, it covers a lot of the same ground as her other books. I'd suggest "Good Hair: For Colored Girls Who Considered Weaves when the Chemicals Became too Ruff" and "Plaited Glory" instead.
