This is an excellent guidebook to Argentina. Many guides to Argentina concentrate on Buenos Aires, but the entire country is well-covered here. There are good sections on history, food, and the flora and fauna. As usual with National Geographic, the book is well-illustrated with color photos. Hotel, dining, and shopping listings are not as extensive as they could be, and will probably need to be supplemented by other sources, online or print. Two apartment rental agencies are listed, though.
