Interesting look at 3 decades of crime in California, all the notorious cases are covered (Zodiac, Manson, Patty Hearst, RFK), along with plenty of lesser-known crimes. Each case is given a couple of pages laying out the background and lead-up, life stories of the perpetrators and the crimes and punishments (if any). Informative, succinct and well-written, its both a good read and a useful information source for future reference,
