A nice coffee table volume that’s more a PR driven overview than the definitive history the title proclaims. Coverage of the vehicles is uneven and the text sometimes meanders into irrelevance. There’s not much new information here for the Bond aficionado. What makes this book is the supporting ephemera from the production company archives: contact sheets, technical drawings, storyboards, memos, call-sheets, and behind the scenes photographs. A fun book to flick through.
