Einstuerzende Neubauten was the main reason I decided to study German in college. I can't say I'd understand Blixa Bargeld's lyrics without the English translations in this volume; but, if I could, I'd still have bought this to read the notes, which further illuminate each song. Many of the translations are also fresh--not the same as in the album liner notes. [2005-12-05]
