Joan Banks

This book is about a few different special animals in the Costa Rican rain forest that are becoming extinct. It tells about what a few of the animals do to have children and take care of them. It also tells of their predators. It informs us about those animals becoming extinct and the diversity that we have in our different environments like the rain forest.

Wonderfully illustrated but the story left a lot to be desired. It was a pretty straightforward step by step in the life of a strawberry poisonous frog but with very little story to make it interesting.
