This is a great dark shifter story. Seneca lives in a shifter community where a new alpha has taken over. He has her in his sights and is just waiting for her first shift. She goes through a lot before she finally recuses herself along with the help of her fated mate.

Lennox aka Leni wakes up feeling out of it, hurt, and betrayed. She doesn’t understand why someone she trusted would do this to her and she is determined to seek revenge. The Order wants questions answered, Lennox wants to get away from everyone and everything, Rogan wants to find his brother while dealing with his feelings for Leni, but can they each get what they want? Someone out there is determined to get Leni steal her powers and become the ultimate witch. Leni finds herself in a predicament with not wanting to understand why Rogan is doing what he is, she is in the clutches of an evil woman trying to save herself and Rogan’s brother, and she can’t help but fall hopelessly in love with Rogan who she is tethered to. This author has created a world where as a reader you are sucked in to this amazing story full of action, magic, romance, pain, beautiful sacrifice and I am dying for more!!

This last book in what has been a crazy fun adventure for Rogan and Lennox had me glues to the edge of my seat all night long. Lennox is face with new things hunting her, her tether with Rogan, trying to save everyone’s life without getting killed…again, and trying to navigate this new life she was thrown in. In the last book she made the ultimate sacrifice and now she is back but what does that mean for her, Rogan, and everyone? Who is behind these demon attacks? Can they go to war with the High Council and survive? What is she willing to do for the love her and Rogan have? So many questions, so many adventures, and so much drama burn up the page as we try to see if Lennox will get her happily ever after or not. This series took me by surprise with how much I have loved it and all the different characters. The author has created a world like no other where we are submersed in battles, love, and so much more that I didn’t want it to end. I hope Elon gets a book and maybe we eventually see what is going on with Cohen. I have truly enjoyed this journey!!

I loved this series I wish Asher had continued it!! you get so intrigued by the storyline and then there's romance and magic I read all the books within a few days. I love down trodden women protagonist that rise from the ashes, if this is the type of fiction you like you will love this book

This was exceptionally well done. I wasn't expecting this from two new to me others. I discovered this book from tik tok and am really glad for that.

Great world building, nothing cheesy, strong storyline filled with action, and a gritty undertone. If more shifter books were written like this one I might choose this as my new favorite subgenre.

I'm totally addicted!!!

What an exciting read!!! Imagine being raised in a horrific, abusive home then tossed out for no good reason at 14. One night you're awoken by horrific pain all over your body. Out of the blue runes have appeared all over your body along with crazy powers. With the help of an adoptive father figure you slowly learn how to fight better than anyone in licensed fights. In a hot second your entire world turns on its head when a group of people with similar powers come into your life, and SURPRISE you might just be related to one of them. Everything she'd ever known is turned on a dime and there's even more to come. Excitement at every turn, twists and turns, romance, paranormal hijinx, love, betrayal, mystery, Suspense and all kinds of fun. This author knocked it out of the park and had me hooked instantly!!! Warning....it ends in a shopper of a cliffhanger! I for one can't wait for book two!!!!!!! I'm now a lifelong fan of this series and the brilliant author who created our. 😍😍😍😍😍

Wow!!

Holy moly!! Here I thought the first book was out of this world....then I read this follow up and am just completely blown away! As if this or girl hasn't been through enough?! In the immortal words of Mr T: "I pity the fool" who doesn't respect this girl for her heart, mind and power. I have a feeling of they already find her a threat then they don't know the half of it. Betrayal has a funny way of bringing out the true best of a person.....I so want her to be my best friend 😊. In one word, she just AWESOME!! Be warned...don't read unless you've read book one....and be prepared for one doozy of a cliffhanger in this book!!!! I am already in withdrawals and desperate for the next book!

Action, action and more!!

Oh how I love this series. This book really packed a punch! So many twists and turns, HUGE reveals and intrigue along the way. The bond between her Chosen gets stronger, and she has to figure what the new marks on Enoch and coming actually mean. Who is the enemy? Is it lamia, Caster Elders, an insider, or someone new all together? This was one adrenaline fueled, exciting read with a powerhouse female lead. I also enjoy the subtle humor woven throughout. I savored every page, and stared the end coming. Now I have to wait and see what happens when the next book in this highly addictive series comes out!

Just a warning to other potential readers: the second chapter turns into first person, present tense in an awkward sort of stream-of-consciousness style. If I had paid money to read this (instead of trying it through Amazon Unlimited), I would have been very disappointed in my purchase.½

Sooooo Good

You know that feeling when you finish a really good book and you just sit there staring at the last page, your blood rushing through your head, your heart pounding, breathing elevated? You’re happy, relieved, upset, sad and all you want is more?

I honestly haven’t felt that in awhile. Yes I’ve read books and loved them but it’s been a long time since one left me hungover unable to cope with the simple fact that it’s over.

First of all the writing. Everything was described so clearly and seamlessly that it just flowed like a HD movie in my brain, I could see all the characters, feel all their emotions, I felt like I was literally a fly on the wall watching everything unfold. A lot of different characters were introduced throughout this book and yet I could clearly remember and picture each one of them, I never had one of those ‘who was that again?’ moments.

And the characters!!!! I loved Vinna ❤️ she was so strong. Her thought process seemed so believed, not a tstl moment to be found. I am just so excited to read more about her and I honestly feel lucky that I got to read this book. It was so amazing.
