Autumn Archer

The plot was a bit over the top and not believable (I know - fiction). However, I really loved the characters and great characters are what I am always after. I especially loved Lana. Her life story felt real and I was able to identify with her. I wanted her to get her happy ending after being with a crappy boyfriend for so long.

Marcus is a great bad boy character. I didn't get his story as much. He still remains kind of a mystery to me even with the bit of back story we get about him. I am hopefully that will change as the series progresses.

The flow of the plot was really good and by 10 pages in I was already invested in the story. Though, I was not happy about the sudden ending. It is a HUGH cliffhanger and I don't love those. I would be more upset but the next book is out and available on KU. Needless to say, I will be reading the next book soon.
