Anne Ahmed

A facsimile edition of a cook book from the library of Matthew Parker, Master of Corpus Christi College and Archbishop of Canterbury. The book was probably published around 1557. This edition has excellent digitally enhanced images of the original pages on the left hand side of each page and a modernized commentary on the right. There are a few reconstructed recipes in the back, but they don't seem terribly true to the original.
