This one flew by fast! It was a bit too purple prose-y for me, and it took me some time to get used to the short, choppy sentences, but I ended up liking it a lot.

Apart from [a:Laura Lascarso|5306920|Laura Lascarso|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1488342626p2/5306920.jpg]'s Mortal and Divine series, it’s only my second time reading a book written in the 2nd person POV, and it’s not really fair to compare them. Firstly, Laura’s writing is out-of-this-world amazing; secondly, these are two completely different genres…

Anyway, this was pretty entertaining. Not nearly as toxic as the blurb (and the cover) would led us to believe — or maybe it’s just me? — but still, it was definitely different. Lots of irrational jealousy, with some Daddy role-play thrown in.… (más)
