It was nice to reminisce looking at a good history of my favorite NFL team, from their formation in the 1920's, until Eli Manning's rookie season in 2004. Since the book was published, the Giants have won two more Super Bowls.

Being an uberfan's history of the White Sox through the years. The book's main strength is the numerous and well-chosen illustrations. Its main weakness is that he crams the entire pre-WWII period, basically half the team's lifespan at the time this was written, into one chapter, and a relatively sparsely illustrated one at that.
