Tried several of the recipes in this cookbook - . The cookbook also came with a music CD to play while preparing meals and sitting down to eat - fun.

This was a gift book. I have used it many times and have enjoyed almost every recipe I have tried. There are a couple of recipes that are spattered with food from being made so many times. This is his best effort IMHO.

His Mediterranean cookbook was so good that I expected more from a cookbook entitled "Glorious Italian Cooking."

Not his finest effort. Compared to his other cookbooks the recipes seem a bit pedantic and unimaginative. Not a cookbook I would recommend as a first choice to others.
