Nick Nairn

A self-taught cook, Nick Nairn is a champion of fresh Scottish ingredients. He has a successful television career with regular appearances on Ready Steady Cook, as well as three previous series of his own with the BBC - Wild Harvest, Wild Harvest 2 and Island Harvest.
