I picked it back up and realized that even though there was a heavy focus on math and subtraction, there was also a section on each page that developed the factual text about different endangered species. I thought that this was a really fun and engaging way to get students to integrate different subjects together especially ones that doesn't really seem like they go together, science and math. This story is gives different facts about animals that are in the world. The students who read this book, will be able to learn facts about the different animals that are in the world. Within the story, with the animals, math is incorporated through the rhyming text for students to be able to practice their math skills. Throughout the story, a different endangered animal is featured and the animal is in a rhyming form of text. To give the facts about the animal, there is also about a paragraph explaining why the animal is or was endangered. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
