A story about two boys that came over on the Mayflower and all the mischief they created. Their curiosity tends to get them into trouble, and then out of it. This books message is to teach children about the pilgrims coming over on the Mayflower. I liked this books illustrations and how it is set up somewhat like a comic book. I can imagine that in a classroom this book would be good for boys the way that is it designed. Another reason I like this story was for the characters. I liked how the bad pilgrims acted. It makes it a fun book to read. Two Bad Pilgrims is an excellent book for all ages. Not only do the inviting characters pull you in, but so do the illustrations, and even simply the way the book is presented; in comic book form! These make the reading fun, and little does the reader know, the book is jam-packed full of information about history. This book allows the reader to read the book and feel like they have discovered the information themselves. The mischievous characters also give a nice spin to the book, and make the book funny and entertaining. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
Brothers Francis and Johnny Billington take issue with history's account of their troublemaking ways aboard the Mayflower and in the New World, as they tell their side of the story to Standish Brewster, professor of Pilgrimology at Plimouth University.
