I thought this would be a how to for bringing play into the workplace with activities, ideas, etc. This is more of an examination of top successful individuals and how play has impacted their career choice and passion. Something to be learned here but the idea of asking my employees "how did you like to play as a child" and comparing to the CEOs in this book seems to be allot of work for no guaranter payoff. ( )
