As a missal, this is far more than just a guide for the Holy Mass: it contains prayers, litanies, the Stations of the Cross, how to pray the rosary, and rules about fasting and other traditional practices. This missal can be used when going to masses prayed by clergy who use the Tridentine Mass as permitted by Pope John Paul the Great's motu proprio Ecclesia Dei. ( )
