Gobble Gobble Crash is such a fun book for children about farm animals and counting. This could keep children entertained throughout the whole book and would allow their imaginations to run wild! ( )

Gobble Gobble Crash refers to a quiet farm that has lots of animals but come night time turkeys get out of hand and start disturbing the other farm animals and Mr. Farmer isn't happy. I like this book because of the number pattern using animals, the different kinds of farm animals and overall it is a very funny book. I would recommend this book for a farm theme basis or maybe a numbering math idea using animals on sticks to follow along with the book. Pre-K to 3rd grade is a good start and finish with this book. Gobble Gooble Crash, is a story about four turkeys that crash into all the other farm animals. It starts off by one lonely mare adding up to the number ten with all the other animals as the turkeys would crash and gooble all around. Finally, Mr. Farmer vowed to the crowd out the window “I’m gonna have a turkey feast” and as fast as they could the barnyard team united and told the turkeys “we’ll save you turkeys.” Then all the farm animals went quietly to their space and hide the gooble gooble turkeys and the farmer confusedly went back to bed. Building community and building bridges across the curriculum would be a good fit for this book. The story has a good moral behind it, the farmer animals saved the turkeys from Mr. Farmer.
