The OCD Workbook is an invaluable resource for those with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, as well as for our family and friends. It explains the disorder's many facets and manifestations in very clear and detailed terms that are easy to understand but aren't "dumbed down". If someone you love can't wrap their head around the reason a backwards soup can freaks the living hell out of you or why you always have to sit with your back to a wall, this book is almost certain to help.

It includes various exercises for the OCD sufferer that are quite insightful and helpful. It also provides useful information about a number of different treatment options.

In short, I recommend this book very highly to anyone who has Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and to those who would like to increase their ability to understand and care for someone who has it. ( )
