Couldn't read this after 100 pages as this book is more about organising a company than training an individual.

The book keeps repeating the same points: get business, hire admin, hire talents, systems, tracking, accountability.

Since I didn't complete this book, I will be generous and give it 4 stars first. ( )

So I finally got my real estate license hung (Keller Williams!) and decided I needed to re-read/finish this book. It’s not really a “how-to” book for getting started but does talk about some great habits on what will help you be successful.
I do wish it had gone more into depth on ramping up, or he had another book for that but he talks a lot about mindset and how to create a successful business and how to go about adding people to your team and at what point.
I did read this as an audiobook the second time around so I’m thinking that I’ll do another re-read with the physical book when I’m able to see if I can pick up anything else I may have missed. First I must pick up his other book again and do a re-read on The One Thing.
Has anyone else read this book? If your considering going into real estate I would suggest it. ( )
