Being near the end of the series it still keeps its integrity of a great qualities. Dynamic characters and relationships. The 4 stars is due to the marketing to teenagers when the graphical description and sexual content is way too much for that audience. In some areas it would qualify as erotica. For myself as an adult it is a great read and I am excited to read more fantasy by Wolff. I finally finished the last book in the Crave series - Cherish, I really wanted to love this book but Grace's long inner monologues just continued in this book and it was so annoying I found myself skipping through sentences, paragraphs and almost came close to wanting to just DNF the book. The whoa is me and self doubting was way too freaking annoying. They seemed to be all over the place and so 2 dimensional and at this point I just expected more, more character development and something more exciting but I kept getting bored. It felt as almost 500 pages of filler nonsense that I could of done without, was extremely bored with and maybe 200ish pages of what was actually good- it is 704 pages long unnecessarily. Books 2 -5 in the series where good and I enjoyed them for the most part despite the long monologues and the ridiculous input that as a reader half the time I would be saying out loud "Duh!", no need to explain sarcasm or what is meant as a joke, if it's funny it's funny if it isn't than it isn't. It's a shame too, Tracy Wolff had something there and just didn't execute the last book well at all. What I did enjoy somewhat lol: Flint's goofiness and loveable moments, I just wish there was more development in him. Grace and Hudson's love somewhat sometimes it was just overbearing Macy's kick ass powers - disappointed in the lack of character development and outcome Mekhi's solution (I won't spoil that) Smokey - simply adorable If you like cheesiness, magic, and there was some twists not huge but enough to be like dang I'd recommend this however it is a very slow burn and a lot of teen angst. I thought I'd devour this the way I devoured the other books in the series, but time apart left me a little apart from the characters. I've noticed this with other series and I'm kind of wondering if it's a bit like neurotypical friendship - like the connection fades with time apart. I never feel less connected to friends with time apart, but when waiting a long time between books after anticipating them, I tend to feel less involved. I could finally get the last in a series that I couldn't put down before, and I might not be interested in finishing it. Don't get me wrong, I was interested in finishing this one, I enjoyed the whole book, I wanted to know what would happen (especially with Smokey), and how everything would resolve. I just wasn't in a drugged up state of "I must finish this now in one sitting!" that I expected to be in. I was happy with how everything resolved, and relieved that things weren't as chaotic, and I admit it was nice being a functional human while I read it. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

Man this book was just as bad as book 5. Her publisher probably told her this had to be the end of the series because it wasn’t getting any better. I’ll keep this short and sweet. If I could rate this whole series a 0 stars, I would.
Cherish is, thankfully, the last book of the Crave series by Tracy Wolff. It’s pretty much identical to book 5 in setting and repeats the story line from earlier books.
Also she repeat phrases, over and over and over again. You’d think after 6 books she’d become a better writer, but that didn’t happen. Her editor should’ve pointed it out.
The first half of the book is just crap. Hudson this and Hudson that. Grace is a weak character, like she always has been. And Hudson is supposed to be this great character but honestly he’s just a jerk. There’s not much that’s likeable about this couple.
She introduces Heather, a worthless human character, into the storyline to replace all the people she killed off in the last books. Which creates an annoying triangle between Eden and Macy and results in Macy getting nothing in the end.
She’s still using Jaxon as a punching bag. To the point where his character pretty much ends up with nothing in the end just like Macy. He’s given Flint as a mate, which is okay. He deserved the vampire crown, not the Bloodletter, she already had it.
I stand by my previous reviews. This series would’ve been much better if Grace and Hudson were the back characters and Jaxon and Flint led the storyline from the beginning. Or she shouldn’t have bothered with Jaxon’s character at all, it’s clear she didn’t care for him after the switch between book one and two.
★ I wouldn’t recommend the entire series. Book one was okay and after that it just went straight downhill. ( )
