"People are going missing in a small mountain town. The city guard are blocked from a real investigation. The notorious Underguild has assigned Michel a secret mission: find the missing villagers and bring whatever kidnapped them to justice. Unfortunately for Michel (and his fellow adventurers, Ani and Hocus), they're short a fighter and need one more party member to foil this plot. Even more unfortunately, the only volunteer seems to be the arrogant, ostentatious, purple playboy Prince Eugene looking to cure his boredom. Covert is not a concept that he's familiar with, and let's just say his commitment to the mission is questionable. Every day is basically spring break for Eugene, but outside the palace walls he crashes into a hard reality: the system that kept him safe in his silk-sheeted bed isn't particularly concerned with the well-being of anyone who isn't him"--Page 4 of cover.… (más)

People are going missing in a nearby town. Listening to only their courage, our three heroes are ready for adventure and solve the mystery ! But they could use a fourth member for their team, so they put an ad to find someone and only very bored Prince Eugene answered the call.

This adult graphic novel is really silly and fun. Don’t expect anything serious in this story, the goal here is to make you laugh. I enjoyed the storyline. There isn’t really any break in the story. It is going fast, really fast and I loved how Kendra Wells fully used each main character in her plot. Some of them are ridiculous, especially Prince Eugene, who, because of who he is, expects a lot of things from others. I quite enjoyed the great diversity and queerness of the characters. Each of them has a special attribute which reminded me of D&D characters’ stereotypes. ( )

adult graphic fiction with dimensional characters and series potential (contains some nudity and sex, but villains are handily dispatched without graphic violence)

A prince of mysterious origins (he is the only one in his kingdom with horns) takes a break from his pansexual orgies to join an adventure quest, meeting an elf (that he has the hots for), a trans-nonbinary gendered healer (that he has the hots for), and a tough woman who hates him instantly. ( )

Delightful, light hearted romp of a quest where obnoxiously endearing Prince Eugene imposes his hilariously horny self on some reluctant fellow adventurers. Smutty in parts, steamy in others, great characters with gradually unfurling back stories and a fairly basic D&D plotline involving missing villagers. Good times. LOVE the art, love the nonbinary cleric and the cheerful ambisexuality. Points for a realistic rapier guard and decent technique.

Advanced Reader's Copy provided by Edelweiss. ( )

A party of adventurers set out on a mission to help a village where people are disappearing in this fairly typical D&D fantasy world. It's not quite as wild as early volumes of Rat Queens but it is plenty humorous, sex positive, and inclusive, and should appeal to the same audience. A fun time. ( )

It's very simple really. My mother, Queen Emilia Arabella Bianca D'Pascha of the Kingdom of Marble, lost her husband, King Eramaius, to illness barely three years into their marriage. Huge tragedy. Super sad. Loads of tears.
