From the previous book I knew Spencer would be a tough nut to crack but if anyone could get him to drop some walls it would be the persistent and stubborn Joselyn. Spencer had a rough upbringing which has caused him to construct some of the highest walls around himself so he is a hit it and quit it once guy, cocky and arrogant guy that you know you want to throttle yet can’t be attracted to guy. Joselyn came out of a horrible relationship that she let dictate her life and now she is determined to never allow that to happen again, yet she can’t help the feelings that get wrapped up in Spencer. They are like oil and water, shouldn’t mix, complete opposites but their chemistry is piping hot. I loved getting to see more of the uptight Spencer and Joselyn helping tear him down little by little. Can they help each other heal or are their walls too high to climb over? Will they let keep breaking their own rules for each other or write this off as another fling? This was such a fun read and emotional one as well, I loved seeing the other characters from previous books and what they are up to now. Such a great read!!!
