The Oregon Coast has a tradition of lighthouses of a number of different sizes and shapes. Some sit precariously on the edge of cliffs. Some stand tall but lonely on a flat only a few feet above the tide. And there is one that roosts on a rock off the coast and out of reach of visitors' feet.
