This is an excellent and fairly short graphic novel about a child who runs away from home during the Depression era. (Sympathetic during these harsh economic times.) The story is touching and the artwork nicely conveys the melancholy of the book. ( ) I would recommend this graphic novel to reluctant readers. The book is very short, which would not meet the approval of many advanced readers, but I enjoyed this novel because it was so short. I am a slow reader and I read this novel in one short setting. There are not a lot of hidden symbols .The ending left nothing to the imagination. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
