Had trouble believing some of the tricks played on the Mandies, but still enjoyed overall. ( ) Zayne Carrick is placed between the rock and the hard place – while running away from the mysterious Jedi cabal that killed his fellow padawans he ends up on a world occupied by a Mandalorian expeditionary force. But like that was not enough – it seems somebody is stalking his family in order to get to him…. Great art and very interesting story – true sequel to the volume one. Recommended. Miller keeps up the pace from the first volume of Knights of the Old Republic, with Jedi intrigue, the Mandalorean War, and our heroes wielding deception with far more power than any lightsaber. Zayne Carrick's crazy luck and entanglement with the Force gets him into just the right trouble to keep things moving. The story is fast-paced; I would've liked to see a few more interludes for character development, but when the tale has to come out as individual issues of a comic, that's hard to wedge in. The second in the Knights of the Old Republic series. This issue has a few enjoyable twists and turns and if you liked the first issue, you'll like the second. Fortunately for me, I did enjoy the first one and this one is as good. Despite my somewhat lukewarm review, I'd still rate these (and the KotOR games themselves) much higher than episodes i-iii. There's not too much that's cringe-worthy here and I really like how these books give background to the KotOR games. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
