A very concise and thorough examination and analysis of the Sikh faith, its philosophy, praxis and scriptural authority in relation to history and other world religions. Daljeet Singh was a meticulous theologian during his lifetime and an able academic as well as educationist. This book is the result of his endeavor to underscore Sikhi through its primary scripture-the Guru Granth. He builds a convincing and very lucid argument to refute the post-modernist/post-structuralist claim that Sikh history was impelled by environmental factors and evinces, beyond doubt, that the faith's ideology impelled its revolutionary drive and the subsequent sanguinary periods which the Sikhs traversed to stand taller than before. A fine read for Sikh and non-Sikh alike. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
