Architectonic catalogue that comprises a series of photographs taken by 3 photographers in 3 different times and that represents a visual account of the history of the house-workshop of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo, a Le Corbusier inspired building transformed into the museum Casa-Estudio de Rivera in 1983. Between 1931 and 1932 avant-garde architect Juan OG̀orman built a house in the neighborhood of San Angel (Mexico City) for Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo. During this period photographer Guillermo Kahlo, father of Frida, photographed the house so their new owners could see it, as they were living then in the United States. Years later photographer Guillermo Zamora graphically documented diverse aspects of the renovation of the house in the 1990's and recently Cristina Kahlo Alcalá, grandniece of Frida and also a photographer, captured the intimacy and geometric forms of the building No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
