(You'll have to read the book to find out what "fa la la-ing" means:) It’s one of those stories that you dive in and have to stay completely absorbed in until the very last word. I read this one in day because I just couldn't leave these two sweet guys and Liam's little daughter out in the cold...literally. Another blizzard turned out to be just what these two stubborn guys needed. How I do love this little town and the people that live there. I did think that what happened in Vegas was a bit odd and really couldn't see it happening...but who knows. I would have thought that Laim would have tried to contact Gideon and explain...but then I guess that "all's well that ends well" fairly much describes all that really matters. Another good one Ms. Archer. ( ) I've read this series in order, and so I was as ready for this level of goofy sweetness as one can be. I enjoyed it a lot because I knew what I was walking into, as it were, and I remember the side characters in Gideon and Liam's (and Hazel's) story. Plus I am a sucker for teasing smartassery, of which there is a lot. However, this one worked well for me because, when the heroes' reasons and inner struggles are finally revealed, it made sense. They're still kinda stupid, but that's humans for you. I just can’t with how amazing and sweet this series is! I keep thinking there can’t possibly be more amazing people and stories in O‘Leary, and I am loving them all. Grumpy Gideon has a secret he hasn’t shared with anyone until he shows up in town asking for divorce papers to be signed. Liam has a daughter and has been running on empty for the past 5 years. What starts off as a “simple” task leads to these guys realizing their feelings haven’t changed and they get a second chance at happiness. There were some great laugh-out-loud moments and some very heartfelt ones as well. I loved this. Hazel was such a great kid. This was a great second chance romance on a romance that really hadn't gotten their whole first chance first. Gideon is the O'Learian who has kinda kept himself to himself, and he is attacked by all the do-gooding Santas who want to help him get a boyfriend. He's not into it, then Liam shows up. Liam. His husband. Poor Liam, he got dragged into plots and machinations by all those Santas too. It was so fun to watch what the Santas were going to do to Gideon's house next. The Santa duvet may be the best, I think. I want more O'Leary. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
