Roccos journey to a healthier diet and life began in 2008, when his Doctor told him that his cholesterol and blood pressure were rising and with exercise and diet he could improve his health. As a restaurant chef for years, his foods featured lots of butter and other fats, with rich sauces and sugars.The goal was not health. The goal was how it tasted.
Now the goal has changed. Roccos idea of a healthy diet has changed. With these 200 recipes, Rocco has shared his ideas of healthier eating and will let your results speak for themselves. Most are quick and easy to make, with a few basic ingredients and some require no cooking or baking at all. Start with a smoothie, a quick breakfast or a veggie burger.
