This is one of books produced in the last decades (Unicode, Nag Hammadi writings, Barbara Ann Brennan, CGJ's Liber Novum) that impress by the shere amount of stuff compared to the past.

i was assigned this book to read in my herbalism class and i glad had to. i knew a little about the chakra before i started but this book was a great introduction to them, gave enough info to understand but not a real deep dive to over confuse you but did give plenty of references to learn more if you want to ( )

This is a very thorough explanation of the human energy system, the chakras with all its associated manifestations and ways of improving one's health through yoga. The writing is beautiful: both poetic and precise, with illustrations for the yoga poses and their uses.
A great introduction to spirituality and physical well-being for those who are just starting out and a great reference book to get a complete overview of energy interactions. ( )
