Actualmente no hay Conversaciones sobre este libro. i was assigned this book to read in my herbalism class and i glad had to. i knew a little about the chakra before i started but this book was a great introduction to them, gave enough info to understand but not a real deep dive to over confuse you but did give plenty of references to learn more if you want to This is a very thorough explanation of the human energy system, the chakras with all its associated manifestations and ways of improving one's health through yoga. The writing is beautiful: both poetic and precise, with illustrations for the yoga poses and their uses. A great introduction to spirituality and physical well-being for those who are just starting out and a great reference book to get a complete overview of energy interactions. Wheels of Life: A User's Guide to the Chakra System is an instruction manual for owning and operating the inner gears that run the machinery of our lives. Written in a practical, down-to-earth style, this fully illustrated book will take you on a journey through aspects of your own consciousness - from your bodily instiincts of survival to the processing of your deepest thoughts. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

Some time ago there was a fascinating bookshop in Utrecht.
The shop is gone.

Real estate prices were too high.
It was here, in De Wijze Kater that I bought this book.
This is one of books produced in the last decades (Unicode, Nag Hammadi writings, Barbara Ann Brennan, CGJ's Liber Novum) that impress by the shere amount of stuff compared to the past.
