This book provided a refreshing perspective on all this habit building stuff and tried to give you tangible things to try for each type of habit you’re trying to build/break. Not earth-shattering epiphanies in here, but worth a read for a different look at the same problem. It could have been reduced down by 1/3 since it was so repetitive or I would have given it a higher rating.
