This book needs to be a part of every child's book collection! Fun reading for bedtime ... or anytime really. ( )

This book is good poetry book for children. The collection of this poetry has some short and fun poems within this book from many different authors. However, I don’t see where this could fit into the classroom as it relates to bedtime. The only way I could see this being read and having activity with it in the classroom is discussing different things the children do before going to sleep. It does have some good calming poems and gets the children understanding poems are. I give this book a rating of a 3 of 5 stars ( )

This poetry collection has something for every situation before bed. I like it because when your child asks for "one more story" you can read 5 and it will go by fast! There are poems for stuffed animals, first days of school, setting the table. Anything that would interest your young child is in here!
